Expertly designed, the home exceeds all current Care Inspectorate requirements and provides the highest standards of medical care and comfort.

Our dedicated and motivated team create detailed, bespoke plans for every resident at Bothwell Castle Care Home. Working closely with residents and their loved ones, a personalised medical and daily living plan is designed to deliver the best possible care and support. An appointed nurse or key worker will work alongside all residents to ensure consistency of care for the health, wellbeing and interests of our residents as a whole.

    Liz is a Registered Nurse with 25 years of experience in healthcare and 6 years within a care home setting. With a genuine passion for the care industry, Liz is a focused individual with a strong work ethic. Liz has developed abilities in dementia care, palliative care, and nursing training which enables her to support, process and develop at all levels within the team. Liz is committed to ensuring that residents recieve the very best in care and support and believes that they should be able to have a voice, choice, and control over how they chose to live and enjoy their time.

    My name is Ceena and I have worked in Bothwell Care Home as a Senior Care Assistant. I have worked in the home for about 12 months. I love my job and the Residents I look after and support.     I have worked in Bothwell Castle Care Home since the Care Home opened, 3 years ago. I look after the housekeeping and laundry team to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained in the home. I love this job. I am also the infection control lead. I am passionate about the care home and the residents who live with us and really enjoy getting to know everyone’s life stories.

I am responsible for cutting and styling Residents’ hair. I love the fact that a new ‘hair doo’, makes such a difference in our Residents’ lives, how they feel and how they look. I love the interactions I have with residents.
