We actively encourage our residents to visit our Hair Salon, which has been carefully decorated to provide our residents with a peaceful environment in which they can rest and enjoy being pampered by our passionate, talented staff. Bothwell Castle Care Home team will ensure all residents enjoy their experience and leave feeling relaxed and looking forward to their next appointment.

We invite all of our residents to enjoy the wonderful services offered by our excellent hairdresser, who is here five days a week. We believe it is important for our residents to look and feel the best version of themselves; it may improve confidence, build independence, and help make residents really feel at home.

Our team at Bothwell Castle Care Home look forward to making residents’ hair ideas a reality. Whether it’s a simple wash and cut or a whole new style altogether, the salon is the perfect space for our residents to sit back and unwind. The Hair Salon is set up with comfortable chairs and a professional salon setting.

Hair Salon FAQs

Our hairdressers strive to provide residents with a relaxing time by providing self-care services such as hair washes, cuts and blowdries, or calming 1-1 activities such as a manicure. If our residents want an additional hair or beauty treatment then they can let a member of our team know and it may be agreed upon at an additional cost.

We welcome a qualified hairdresser to our home five days a week. Appointments can be scheduled but we also ensure regular pamper sessions are offered as part of our activities programme.

Visits to our hair & beauty salon are included in our fee. This includes services such as haircuts, washes blowdries, manicures, and pedicures. Requests beyond these standard treatments may incur an additional charge.
