Liz has developed abilities in dementia care, palliative care, and nursing training which enables her to support, process and develop at all levels within the team. Liz is committed to ensuring that residents recieve the very best in care and support and believes that they should be able to have a voice, choice, and control over how they chose to live and enjoy their time.

Gemma looks after the housekeeping and laundry team to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained in the home. Gemma loves her job. Gemma is also the infection control lead and is passionate about the care home and the residents who live with us and really enjoys getting to know everyone’s life stories.

Mary is responsible for cutting and styling Residents’ hair. Mary loves the fact that a new ‘hair doo’ makes such a difference in our Residents’ lives, how they feel and how they look, and loves the interactions she has with residents.
