Meet the Team

Sharon is a highly experienced Registered Nurse with 35 years of nursing expertise, 25 of which have been dedicated to the care home sector. She began her career as a staff nurse and steadily progressed into leadership, gaining extensive knowledge and experience along the way. For the past 10 years, Sharon has successfully managed care homes, demonstrating her commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. She is passionate about enhancing the lives of residents and values working in partnership with families, staff, and wider stakeholders to create a nurturing and supportive environment.

My name is Will, and I have been working in care homes for 20 years. I began my career as a domestic and kitchen assistant before progressing to the role of care assistant and steadily working my way up through the ranks. In 2018, I qualified as a Registered Mental Health Nurse and have continued to work in care, as I am deeply passionate about elderly care, dementia, and palliative care. Alongside my nursing career, I have completed a Master’s Degree in Health Professionals Education, as I greatly enjoy supporting others to succeed and achieve in their own careers. Outside of work, I am happily married, enjoy cooking, and love taking my wee dog, Gabbie, for long walks and on holidays.
