An Evening Around the Piano

At Bothwell Castle Care Home, we place great importance on ensuring our residents lead an exciting and varied lifestyle, but also one that allows them to relax and enjoy the finer things in life.

When a resident joins our family, we make it our mission to care for them not just medically, but for their overall wellbeing. To support our residents in this way, we often host activities and group sessions that encourage our residents to socialise, indulge, and just generally have some fun.

We recently did this by arranging for our residents to have an evening around the piano. Both soft and alcoholic drinks were provided as well as nibbles that consisted of cheese, crackers and sweet treats.

As staff members handed round the food and drink, residents sat snuggled under their blankets and chatted away to each other. It was a great opportunity for residents and staff alike to get to know one another better and share a laugh and good conversation in doing so.

It also allowed for our residents to take advantage of both our exceptional service and luxury facilities, both of which we take immense pride in here at Bothwell Castle Care Home.
