Harvest Collection for the Local Churches in Uddingston

Bothwell Castle Care Home is currently doing a Harvest collection for the local churches.

We would like to welcome those in our local community to join us in donating dried foods, tins, and biscuits for the harvest festival food bank.

The food collected will be donated to local churches which will then be distributed to those in our local community who need a little extra help and who are experiencing difficulties at this time of year. We are delighted to announce that Bothwell Castle will be a drop-off point and all donations will be gratefully accepted.

We recongise that for many, this is going to be a tough winter. By encouraging people to check their cupboards for any unwanted goods or to pick up an extra item or two in their weekly shop, we are supporting the most vulnerable people in our local community.

At Bothwell Castle Care Home in Uddingston, we are committed members of the community and we strive to give back to our community as well as ensure our residents participate in as many local events as possible. It is a great opportunity for residents to meet new people and try new things.
